A comprehensive study of the alternative dispute resolution process as it applies to all aspects of business, professional and personal life. The history, rationale, law, methodology and application of ADR procedure are studied and reviewed relevant to application and participation by the student. Prerequisites: ENC1101 or permission of the program chair and/or dean.
