Q1. What are the minimum requirements for accessing HU resources?
To access My HUgo, email and Canvas, we recommend the following: 

OS: Windows 7 or later, Mac OS 10.8 or later
Browser:  Chrome 36+, Mozilla Firefox 31+, Safari 6+
Connection: DSL or Cable Internet Service Provider

Q2. I don't know my password. How do I get it?
Please visit our password reset tool at reset.hodges.edu. You can change a password, or reset your password if you have forgotten it by answering security questions.

Q3. I do not see all of my courses in Canvas. Why?
Keep in mind that from the time you register for a course, it could take up to an hour before you see your course in Canvas. Additionally, the instructor of your course needs to make the course available for you to see it. Some instructors may wait until right before the course start date to make it available.

Q4. What is my email address and password?
Your Hodges student email is hosted by Microsoft (Office 365). It can be accessed by going to http://studentmail.hodges.edu

The username for your email account is your full email address (e.g. astudent@mail.hodges.edu) and your password is the same as your MyHUgo password.
