Q1. I don't know, or I forgot my password. How do I get it?
A1. Please visit our password reset tool at reset.hodges.edu. You can change a password, or reset your password if you have forgotten it by answering security questions.

Q2. I do not see all of my courses in Blackboard. Why?
A2. Keep in mind that from the time you register for a course, it could take an hour or more before the enrollment is added to Blackboard. Additionally, the instructor of your course needs to have made the course available for you to see it. Some instructors may wait until right before the course's start date to make the course available.

Q3. What is my email address? Is the password the same?
A3. Your Hodges student email is hosted by Microsoft (Office 365). It can be accessed by going to http://studentmail.hodges.edu

The username for your email account is your full email address -- e.g. astudent@mail.hodges.edu

The password for your email account is the same as your MyHUgo password. When you change it in MyHUgo, the password syncs to your email account.
